US-412/Cimarron Turnpike continues transition to PlatePay

The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority continued the conversion of US-412/ Cimarron Turnpike to PlatePay, or cashless tolling, on Wednesday with the conversion of the US177 interchange in Noble County.
