Public hearing on budget held, budget discussed in City Council regular meeting

City Council special meeting to hold public hearing about 2021-22 budget was called to order at 6 p.m. Mayor Bill Streller, Curtis White, Josh Bell, Gloria Brown and Kevin Bond were present and quorum was declared by Streller.
