Morrison Wildcat Basketball player Briggs Roe, center, recently joined the ‘1,000 Point Club’.
Sixth-grader Rhett Luter won the Morrison Public Schools Spelling Bee, winning on the word “furniture.”
Some of the other challenging words included howdy, glumly, sudsy, oddly, glittery, and dazzle.
Competitors in the Spelling Bee were 4th Grade: Connor Stol, Cooper Denny, Maxton Cottom, Reagan Masters.
Fifth Graders included: Quinn Cowley, Annabelle Webb, Blake Stanton, Karalyn Walters.
