The 2021 Noble County Spring Junior Livestock Show will be dedicated to Frontier resident Alice Kelly.
City girl, Alice Bayles, of Blackwell met Jack Kelly, a country boy from Marland, through mutual friends. They married and moved to a farm east of Red Rock where they raised their three children, Rachel, Annmarie and Bobby. They taught their children to love everything agriculture related.
