Chocolate mousse cake

My mother used to make this cake for my birthday and other special occasions. It is made in a springform pan and is very decadent. A small piece goes a long way, but boy is it yummy! This recipe can easily be made gluten-free/wheatfree by simply swapping gluten-free cookies/ crumbs for regular chocolate wafer crumbs. The cake will still be delicious.
