PDJ Giveaway

Eight local businesses, Kennedy’s Tru Value, Thorn’s Originals, Cedar Street Boutique, Kumback Cafe, Stillwater Mill, Exchange Bank of Perry, FB&T of Perry, and Perry Daily Journal are collaborating to spread some ‘holiday cheer’!

The PDJ is hosting a Chris-Giving Cheer Box giveaway. The giveaways will go on for five weeks... in which five Cheer Boxes are delivered to winners!

Each of the above listed businesses will be taking entries each week, from Friday - Friday. Entry forms will be available at any of the eight businesses, and there will be special bags where entry forms can be gathered each week.

Customers are limited to one entry per visit to any businesses listed above.

One winner will be chosen each week for five weeks, with a live drawing for the winner happening each Friday.

After the live drawing, entries from the previous week will be disposed of and new entries will be gathered for the following week’s drawing.

The Cheer Box giveaways began Friday, Nov. 12.

The first week will end Friday, Nov. 19 when the first winner among entrants at all businesses will be drawn.

Items included in boxes will be provided by participating businesses and other locations.

This giveaway is also part of the PDJ’s five week Chris-Giving promotion.

These promotions and dates are:

Week 1 -Nov. 15 - 20: ‘How to Cook a Turkey’. Drawing will be Nov. 19.

Week 2 - Nov. 22 - 27: ‘Christmas in our Churches’. Drawing will be Nov. 29, due to the Thanksgiving Holiday.

Week 3 - Nov. 29 - Dec. 4: ‘Kids Crafts’. Drawing will be Dec. 3.

Week 4 - Dec. 6 - 11: ‘Favorite Memories or Traditions’. Drawing will be Dec. 10.

Week 5 - Dec. 13 - 18: ‘Christmas Recipes’. Drawing will be Dec. 17.
