Committed to making a difference, the state organization, established in 1935, celebrated their service to Oklahoma May 5-11 during Oklahoma Home and Community Education Week.

Noble County Deputy Clerks Ashley Brown and Sheila Zerr recently achieved Basic certifications through the County Training Program (CTP). CTP is part of the Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service at Oklahoma State University (OSU) and is mandated by state statute and authorized under the Commission on County Government Personnel and Training.

Morrison FFA recently attended the State FFA Convention, hosted at the BOK Center in Tulsa. Callen Veit was recognized for being a State Champion in the area of Ag Policy Public Speaking! Callen was also recognized for receiving a Washington Leadership Conference scholarship, he will attend WLC this summer.

Frontier Public Schools will be graduating 22 seniors in the Class of 2024. The graduation ceremony will be at 6:30 p.m.

Perry’s 8th grade class visited Perry High School on Tuesday, May 7 to get a tour of the campus. This is an annual event to give 8th grade students a look at where they’ll be going to school next year.
